Hillsborough Residents Directory is a private reference to public rolls, record indexes, and historical collections relevant to Hillsborough, New Jersey. It does not host government records and is not connected with a government office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information obtained through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
